Terms and Conditions
- *1 Standard Group Concessions require a minimum of 5 rooms for 3 nights.
- Complimentary Rooms: January to April: 1 free room for every 10 paid rooms. May to July: 1 free room for every 9 paid rooms. August to December: 1 free room for every 8 paid rooms.
- Maximum of 5 complimentary rooms per group.
- Spa Services: Available for treatments with a minimum duration of 50 minutes.
- One upgrade to the next available category is allowed for every 15 rooms paid, with a maximum of 5 upgrades.
- You Chill, Your Way Package is valid for social groups only and are not applicable for wedding or corporate groups.
- Applicable to the USA.
- The group dinner experience will involve assigned restaurants and seating times.
- The brewery tour, beer tasting, and dine-arounds are limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
- Based on the group size, the hotel will coordinate with the client to segment into multiple groups (different days may apply) to redeem the experience.
- The Mixology class is limited to a maximum of 15 guests.
- Similar coordination will occur based on group size.
- The floating taco/avocado boat experience accommodates up to 12 guests.
- The welcome cocktail or farewell reception lasts for one hour and includes domestic and international beverages, along with finger foods and bites.
- 1-hour complimentary massage is applicable for a 50-minute relaxing massage.
- Group programs apply to both contracted and FIT groups.
- Guests staying at Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Riviera Cancun will receive complimentary round-trip transportation to LandShark Brewery & Grill at Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya to redeem their included group amenities.
- Transportation is provided by BRX and must be scheduled in advance.
- Availability is subject to confirmation, and additional terms may apply.
- Blackout dates for room offers may apply. Program may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Private group check-in applies for groups over 20 rooms arriving simultaneously.
- Member benefits are applicable for up to 4 presidential (jewel) rooms. Group benefits start at 5+ non presidential (Non jewel) rooms, and do not include member benefits.
