Terms and Conditions
- *1 Standard Group Concessions require a minimum of 5 rooms for 3 nights.
- Complimentary Rooms: January to April: 1 free room for every 10 paid rooms. May to July: 1 free room for every 9 paid rooms. August to December: 1 free room for every 8 paid rooms.
- Maximum of 5 complimentary rooms per group.
- Spa Services: Available for treatments with a minimum duration of 50 minutes.
- One upgrade to the next available category is allowed for every 15 rooms paid, with a maximum of 5 upgrades.
- Your Stay, Your Way package is valid for Social Groups. Not valid for Weddings or Corporate groups.
- Applicable to the USA.
- These programs may be changed or withdrawn at any time without written notice.
- Group dinner experience: The hotel will assign a restaurant and seating time.
- Dine-around and rum tasting, are for 20 guests maximum.
- Based on group size, the hotel will coordinate with the client to segment into multiple groups (different days may apply) to redeem the experience.
- Welcome cocktail or farewell reception is for 1 hour and includes both domestic and international beverages and finger-food.
- Unlimited coffee breaks include coffee, decaf coffee, tea, soft drinks, juices, cookies, water, and infused water.
- 1-hour complimentary massage is applicable for a 50-minute relaxing massage.
- Group programs are applicable for both contracted and FIT groups
- Blackout dates for free rooms offer may apply.

- Private group check-in applies for groups over 20 rooms arriving simultaneously.
- Member benefits are applicable for up to 4 presidential (jewel) rooms. Group benefits start at 5+ non presidential (Non jewel) rooms, and do not include member benefits.
